How to care braid hair?

How to care braid hair?

Do you like braid hair? When will you usually need to braid hair? I think braids are our official summer, maternity leave and bad hair day hairstyle all rolled into one.

Aside from being very stylish, braids are a convenient, no hassle hairstyle that's pretty economical at the same time.

Let's discuss what you should know about creating and caring for braids and tips for the different techniques. Whether you use human or synthetic hair, your braids will always look good if they're done right.

How to care for braids? Use these tips to keep your hairstyle looking great and your hair healthier than ever.
1. Everyday Braid Maintenance :
Condition your scalp with a light all natural oil 2-3 times a week.
Use conditioning braid spray with anti-itch formulation on your braids daily to keep your   scalp happy and the hair underneath the braids healthy.
If you sweat a lot in your scalp, take a cotton swab and some Sea Breeze astringent and   run it along your scalp to keep itch causing residue away.
Use a light oil sheen spray on your braids to refresh them and add a healthy glow.

2. Night Time Braid Maintenance
The way you take care of your braids before you go to bed makes the difference between them looking perfect and being a fuzzy mess.
Wear a silk or satin scarf every night to keep your braids frizz free and smooth.
Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase in case the scarf falls off.

3. General Braid Care Tips
Make sure your braider doesn't put your braids in tightly. It doesn't make them last any longer and it pulls your hair out.
Don't ever leave your braids in for more than 12 weeks. Every 6-8 weeks is the best time to take them out and have them re-done.

Wash your braids once every 1-2 weeks with diluted shampoo. Focus on your scalp, letting the suds travel down to the ends of the braids.

Don't use creamy conditioners with braids. They cause build up in the hair that makes knots form at the base of the braids.

After you shampoo and apply leave-in conditioner, make sure your braids dry completely. This prevents damage to your hair from mildew.

If the braids around your edges get loose, take them out and re-do them. Loose braids weaken your hairline and cause it to fade.

Always deep condition your hair between braiding. If you don't the end results will be damage, breakage and thinning.

Trim the ends of your hair a little bit after you take your braids out, before the next set goes in.

Braids are beautiful and easy to handle.Use these tips to keep your hairstyle looking great and your hair healthier than ever.

How can we promote hair growth?

How can we promote hair growth?

To make hair grow faster, a simple hair care routine that includes regular brushing, shampooing, and conditioning is essential.

However, you also need to watch your diet and lifestyle. If you pay attention to all these factors, not only will your hair grow faster but the quality of hair will also improve. Here are a few pointers that show you how to promote hair growth:

A.Get enough vitamin C. Vitamin C deficiencies can cause hair that is weak, lusterless, and prone to breakage.
Watch your diet and ensure that it includes a wide variety of natural hair growth nutrients and vitamins. Dark, green, leafy vegetables such as spinach and collard must be included in the diet because they are armed with hair growth vitamins (vitamin C and vitamin E) as well as                                                               minerals such as iron and calcium.

B.Eat the right kinds of fat. Certain fats are essential to both a healthy

lifestyle and healthy hair production.

Fats in moderation help maintain healthy hair and skin production. Some proteins to consider incorporating into your diets: lean meats such as chicken and turkey, fish, eggs, soy products, beans, and nuts. These foods will help promote healthy keratin production, which are the building blocks of hair. Eat the right kinds of fats. Saturated fats, trans fatty acids, and hydrogenated fats are examples of fats that you should avoid.

C.Make sure you're getting enough iron and zinc. Iron and zinc, along with other vitamins, are essential in creating great, healthy hair

Iron is responsible for delivering oxygen to your cells, from the blood in your toes all the way up to your hair follicles. Lean animal meats are great ways to get iron, but if you're vegetarian, consider eating beans, lentils, and soy products such as tofu.
Zinc is also a very import element. Get your zinc by eating oysters, low-fat roast beef, toasted wheat germ, roasted pumpkin and squash seeds, dark chocolate, and cocoa powder.

D.
And meanwhile, drink lots of fluids to keep your body hydrated, sleep well, and exercise regular to improve the blood flow to the scalp and ensure better utilization of nutrients.
