Wig Shampoo and
Conditioner
Shampoos and conditioners for real hair
should not be used on wigs. Wig shampoos must be specifically formulated to
clean the wig fiber without damaging it. For instance, there are synthetic hair
shampoos that can be used to both clean the wig and take out dust and dirt.
Real hair wigs might also need specially formulated sulfate-free shampoos and
conditioners.
